The idea
A a comprehensive OH&S solution to complement strong paper based process. The process should not only be automated but also provide a paperless environment where safety officials could focus more on improving safety rather than wasting precious time on collating and streamline paper driven process.

India's leading zinc producer.
Approach / Solution
The approach is a phased and we already in the third phase of the total solution. We have finished the proof of concept phase and have move to one pilot site implementation.
Prospecta Worked with the safety team and came up with some key processes that need automation from Health, Safety and Environment prospective. A workshop was conducted with key gaps that were required to be implemented to make sure all business and legislative process are automated. The workshop identified the key processes and all the gaps were met with in 3 weeks. The co-ordination between the prospecta team and our client team was a winning combination to provide an excellent solution to automate all the major concern areas.
