CSROnline provides organizations with the ability to measure Key Performance Indicators (KPI). An Information Management tool, where organizations can define their own KPI's with the ability to report, analyze, track and monitor the health of their business. The ability to generate various operational performance reports aids organizations in achieving their business objectives and to attain sustainable growth.

CSROnline conforms to Global Reporting Initiative (GRI) guidelines. GRI is a not-for-profit organization inaugurated under the auspices of UN in 2002 which has established a Sustainability Reporting Framework to enable comparability of one organisation's performance against another with respect to certain indicators. GRI's vision is that disclosure on economic, environmental and social performance will become as common place and comparable as financial reporting and of equal importance for organizational success.
